The Caledonia Historical Society will be hosting an open house at the Caledonia Historical Village on Sunday, July 17^th from 12 pm until 4 pm.  All the buildings will be open with docents.  The Village is located at 7330 5 Mile Rd, just east of Hwy 38.

David Curran will be on the grounds with a display of muskets from both sides of the Civil War, both original and reproduction. His display is in honor of his grandfather, a Union Civil War Veteran.

Admission is free but donations are appreciated towards the maintenance of the historic buildings.
