July 17, 2022(2 events) 12:00 pm: Open House at Caledonia Historical Village – The Caledonia Historical Society will be hosting an open house at the Caledonia Historical Village on Sunday, July 17th from 12 pm until 4 pm. All the buildings will be open with docents. The Village is located at 7330 5 Mile Rd, just east of Hwy 38. David Curran will be on the grounds with a display of muskets from both sides of the Civil War, both original and reproduction. His display is in honor of his grandfather, a Union Civil War Veteran. Matt Carter, guest speaker, will be speaking about the WWII German POW camps located in Wisconsin, including Sturtevant.
